We wish to reassure all our customers that we are still open to provide essential care for your animals to avoid unnecessary suffering and maintain animal welfare. All emergency or urgent cases will be seen, whilst less urgent cases can be dealt with a telephone consultation to avoid face to face contact, and prescribing medicines from this. If your animal still needs to be seen we will credit the cost of this against your subsequent consultation.
We can also prepare repeat prescriptions and arrange collection with you.

For all cases, we ask customers to maintain social distancing and for this reason, no customers may enter the building. Instead, we are talking from a distance and taking your animal into the clinic ourselves and taking card payments from a distance.
