COVID-19 – Update 24th March
Following the announced UK lockdown we are still committed to the health and welfare of your animal and to protecting our staff and clients alike. If your animal is severely ill or in an emergency, we will collect from the car park to examine and treat.
We are offering telephone consultations which will allow us to assess and prescribe medicine, if deemed appropriate. We may ask for photos/videos to be sent to our e-mail address or we may decide that the animal needs to be seen. The cost for this service is a reduced consultation fee of £22 plus the prescribed medicine, which will be paid for at the time and then we will instruct on how to collect the medicine. If it turns out that your animal doesn’t respond and needs to be seen over the next few days the cost of the telephone consultation will be refunded against your consultation at the clinic.
