How do I sign up?
To join and start receiving immediate benefits please come into the practice to an open surgery, where you can complete a form at reception and pay the first months fee.
*Additional £10 one off set-up fee taken with first Direct Debit.
Premier Pet Care Plan - Terms and Conditions
This is a Preventative Healthcare Plan for your pet, and not a replacement for Pet Insurance.
We recommend taking out Pet Insurance in addition to this scheme.

Some things to note;
You have 7 days to change your mind.
Your first month’s payment for each pet signed up will be collected on day of sign up at reception.
There is a £10.00 joining fee, per pet, which will be allocated on your first direct debit payment on the date you have selected and is a ‘one off’ payment. Following that, the normal monthly discount scheme fee per pet will be deducted.
Your bank statement will show the payment from ‘Premier Vet Alliance’.
This is 12 month contract, with Fishguard Veterinary Services and is non-transferrable.
On month 13, the plan will automatically renew for another year giving your pet a lifetime of preventative care recommended by your vet. If you wish to cancel at the end of your contract, please give us a call giving 60 days’ notice if possible.
If the direct debit is cancelled by you, or payments are not collected, products and services included in the scheme during the discount scheme year will be charged at full cost and payments made by you to date deducted. Any outstanding costs will be invoiced to you directly, to be paid in full.
You are required to come into the practice to collect your flea/worm products every 3 months. Unfortunately, we cannot issue items in bulk. It is a great opportunity to check your pet’s weight to ensure we are providing the correct dose.
Although we hope you do utilise the free Vet Health Checks every 6 months which allows us to identify any issues early, we appreciate that some pets become overly stressed when visiting the vets. Please note that you are not obliged to bring your pet every 6 months, however there is no reduction in fees or alternative service provided if these free checks are not taken.
Clients bringing their pets into health checks for specific issues maybe subject to a consultation fee.
