When can we collect drugs?
During surgery times collecting of drugs might take longer than normal, save time by coming out of surgery times. The quietest time for collecting is between 8:30am – 12:30pm and 2:30pm – 4:30pm

When do out of hour charges apply?
Out of hour charges apply Monday – Friday from 5:30pm to 8:30am, on a Saturday from 11:30am to 8:30am on Monday morning.

We operate an emergency only service on bank holidays.
