If you wish to avoid sitting in a busy waiting room too long, please register at reception and inform them that you will be waiting outside or in your car and we will come to collect you when ready.
We are following all Government guidelines and also adding further levels of protection for our customers and staff.
We are using Virkon spray regularly on all surfaces liable to be touched and are increasing the frequency of application during busy periods. This spray is a potent virucidal agent approved by the Government.
If you are suffering from possible Covid symptoms but are concerned regarding your animal, please ring and we will arrange either a telephone consultation or a way to see your animal as safely as possible for all concerned. Such scenarios will be assessed on a case by case basis.
If you are elderly or vulnerable and are at a higher risk, and you have concerns regarding entering the building, please either telephone in advance, or telephone from the car park and we can collect your animal from the vehicle and limit your entry to the building.
